Actively supported by #Rolex, the BLOODHOUND SSC - 1000mph car project is preparing to break the World Land Speed Record with a jet and rocket-powered supersonic car capable of achieving the astonishing speed of 1,000 mph (1,609 km/h). The speedometer and chronograph, developed and engineered by Rolex, will play a key role in breaking the record. These two bespoke cockpit instruments will provide a fail-safe-back-up for mission-critical information: speed and time.
